Appointments
We prefer that appointments be made through e-mail (jjuvsecrets@aol.com). When e-mailing please include the names of the person/s in your party, the date and time of your desired visit, and your desired services. Please don’t forget to include your name and telephone number so we may contact you as soon as possible for your appointment confirmation. A credit card number will be taken upon confirmation of your appointment (we can either take your credit card information over the telephone or through e-mail), for cancellations please see our cancellation policy below. Appointments are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM Thursday through Monday. Please remember to be on time for your appointment. We are committed to offering all our clients a reliable timetable that’s why your appointment must always begin and end at the scheduled time. Cancellations
Please understand we are a small service oriented business and every appointment is important to our financial well being. If for any reason you cannot keep your appointment, please call 48 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid any charges. If you do not cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment your credit card will be charged the full amount of your selected services. We sincerely hope that this will not be necessary.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates make an ideal gift for any occasion and are available for any dollar amount toward specific treatments, spa packages, or spa products.
Privacy
Special attention and careful draping for privacy, comfort, and relaxation are observed during all body treatments and body massages. Robes and slippers will be provided during your visit.
